2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the AGM for 2023
shall be held via ZOOM and open to all.
(Voting rights are retained for FULL ROC members over 18 only).
Any person wishing to stand for the committee must request an application form to be completed and returned no later than midnight January 31st 2023. To request a form please email info@g8roc.org.uk.
Please find below detailed guidance for anyone considering to stand.
Please note ALL current committee members wish to remain in post for the coming year. This does not mean you cannot stand and it go to a vote.
